Solutions Portal allows users to request deletion of their accounts and associated personal data.
How to Request Account Deletion
Submit your request using the form on this page. Please enter the email address and mobile number associated with your account so we can verify account ownership.
After receiving your request, we may contact you to verify your identity and protect your account from unauthorized deletion requests.
Data That Will Be Deleted
Once the request is verified and approved, we will delete:
Your user account and login information.
Personal profile information.
Service requests and account-related records.
Uploaded images, documents, and PDF files.
Notification tokens and technical data associated with the account.
We may retain certain information when required by applicable law or when necessary to complete an active request, resolve a claim, prevent fraud, or meet regulatory obligations. Retained information will be deleted when the legal or operational purpose ends.
Processing the Request
We will review and process your deletion request within a reasonable period. Confirmation will be sent to your registered email address or mobile number when the process is completed.
Important: Account deletion is permanent. Your account, requests, and uploaded files may not be recoverable after deletion.
